Neighborhood Interview

The person I interviewed was a male named Roberto Ortiz. He has been my neighbor for almost ten years. He's lived in Arlington for almost forty years, practically his whole life. He has lived in the neighborhood of Columbia Heights West for almost twenty years. Roberto is very familiar with all areas around Arlington, and has witnessed the changes in them.
