Mr.Heinzman grew up and lived in Arlington until he graduated high school. He moved away for college but later returned to Arlington. Mr.Heinzman lived in Arlington for a long period before moving to McLean and eventually Ashburn. Although Mr.Heinzman has moved away from Arlington he still maintains a close connection with the county because he still has family living in Arlington.
