Interviews: Alcova Heights Residents

Stacy Cavanagh has lived in Alcova Heights for almost 4 years now. She lived in an apartment in another area in Arlington before she moved to the neighborhood. What she likes most about Alcova Heights is the safe environment filled with friendly neighbors and the how close and easy it is to get from one place to another. Stacy lives in one of the many homes in Alcova Heights with her son. They love living so close to Alcova Heights park, especially on nice warm days.

Hernan De La Via, another resident of Alcova Heights, was born in Bolivia, but moved to the United States in his early twenties. He's lived in California, New York, and Virginia. Out of all those places, he's adapted to living in Virginia the best. He's lived in the neighborhood for 16 years. He's lived in Arlington for about 20 years, and once he decided to buy his first house with his family, he knew Alcova Heights was the perfect place to call home. He currently lives with his wife and daughter. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, and visiting new places.
